Terms of Service:

Our Hunts are GUARANTEED...if we don't put you on the game animal that you've booked, then we will refund you the trophy fee (minus guide or day-hunt fee) from your Hunt Package price.

Rights Reserved
We reserves the right, if and when so deemed advisable, to cancel a hunting trip due to weather. In the case of cancellation the Client is entitle to receive from La Coma Ranch Inc. a refund of all amounts received by the company out of the monies paid by the client and such refunds constitutes full and final settlement of all claims that the Client may have against La Coma Ranch Inc. for such cancellation of the package. La Coma Ranch Inc. reserves the right, at any time after commencement, to terminate the hunt package, when events or circumstances deem this course of action to be necessary for whatever reason, which may include but is not limited to the Clients'; misconduct and/or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth here, or any action which causes a danger to himself (the Client) or others. Additionally, La Coma Ranch Inc. cannot be held responsible for violations of state or game laws by its' Clients. La Coma Ranch Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to deny the Client permission to shoot an animal for any reason. 

Liability
La Coma Ranch Inc. shall not be liable for any misrepresentations of its available services and/or costs made by the Agent or if for whatever reason it is unable to perform its obligations or carry out any related activities, if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control preventing it from performing such obligations or carrying out such activities including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing; acts of God, ranch disputes, labor disputes, riots, fire, acts of restraint by government authorities, loss, accident, illness, injury or death. La Coma Ranch Inc. can not be held liable or responsible for, but not limited to accident, injury, illness, death, loss of property or damage to property during the hunt or any expense arising from such events. 

Reservation & Payments
The Hunt Package reservation date can only be confirmed once a $500 non-refundable deposit has been received by La Coma Ranch Inc.. La Coma Ranch Inc. retains the sole right to accept or refuse proposed reservation dates. The non-refundable deposit, required to confirm the reservation date, will be applied to the total cost of the hunt package. Payment of the balance is due prior to departure from the Ranch. Prior to departure from the Ranch, Client shall be required to pay the full amount due, in an acceptable form of payment, for the entire Hunt Package including trophy fees, meat processing, package amenities, and any gratuities which could have been added. La Coma Ranch Inc. regards only the following as acceptable forms of payment (in US $): bank transfers that have been received prior to Clients' departure from the Ranch, traveler's checks, or cash. All prices are in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. 

Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted to La Coma Ranch Inc. in writing. Refunds, due to cancellation, will only be given if canceled 31 days before hunt is scheduled. If canceled 30 days prior to hunt no refund will be granted. The hunting package may be postponed only if the company consents in writing; La Coma Ranch Inc. reserves the right to issue a limited time period in which the hunt must be completed. Any increases in pricing will be applied to the new hunt date. 

Wounded Game
Wounded game (The Hunt Guide may determine by sight of Blood or Bone that you have wounded an animal) which is not recovered is considered as hunted and is not subject to refund. The possibility to hunt another specimen is dependent upon approval by the Guide and Ranch Owner. If the Client wounds or kills the incorrect game animal, one other than which was contracted in the original hunt package, Client is responsible for the Game Fee and all applicable damages due to the ranch owner, before departing La Coma Ranch Inc. 
If any of the following animals are shot the hunter will pay replacement price. (theses hunts may be offered in the future)
Zebra - $6,000
Eland - $5,000
Barasingha - $6,000
Addax - $ 5,000
Fallow - $5,000
Sika - $ 5,000
White tail - $ 5,000


No Kill Policy
In the event that the client does not have an opportunity to harvest (a wounded animal is considered harvested) the Wild Game animal that he has contracted for in the normal Hunt package offered by La Coma Ranch Inc., the La Coma Ranch Inc. will refund the Trophy Fee Portion of the Clients Hunt Package. The portions of the Hunt Package which will not be refunded will include those applicable to Guide Fees, Ranch-Use Fees, Food and Beverages, and transportation costs. 

Air Travel
All air travel arrangements are the responsibility of the Client, La Coma Ranch Inc. will not be liable for losses or costs incurred due to untimely processing of airline reservations, airline problems, weather or unforeseen events of travel. Obtaining any necessary visa is the sole responsibility of the Client. Visa requirements vary from country to country. 

Taxidermy and Meat Processing
Once La Coma Ranch Inc. has delivered the Clients' trophies to the appropriate third party, taxidermist, meat processor or shipping agent, it no longer assumes any responsibility whatsoever for its damage or loss. 

Ranch Rules

We requires all hunting guests to possess a valid Texas Hunting license before setting out for your hunt 

GENERAL RULES
1. Driving or hunting under the influence of alcohol or any drug is prohibited.
2.Vehicles driven onto ranch are subject to search at any time by ranch personnel or Game Warden.
3.Hunters must abide by all state and federal laws. 
4.No game shot is to be taken until the following is done:
(A). Target is positively identified as a qualified game animal.
(B). Absolute certainty that the area in front and behind the target is clear of other game, hunters, and livestock.
(C). The target is clear and within reasonable range so that a vital shot can be made.

FIREARMS
1. Any firearms brought onto ranch must be unloaded and locked up in vehicle unless authorized to remove it.
2.No firearm shall be loaded or chambered until hunter is in the blind or hunting location.
